There are four types of information that may be collected during your visit to our website: network traffic information, web server statistic logs, cookies, and information voluntarily provided by you.

Network Traffic
In the course of ensuring network security and consistent service for all users, JDHM may use software programs to do such things as: (a) analyze network traffic; (b) identify unauthorized access; (c) Detect computer viruses and other software that might damage JDHM computers or the network; and (d) Monitor and maintain the performance of JDHM network. In the course of such monitoring, these programs may detect such information as e-mail headers, addresses from network packets and other information. Information from these activities is used solely for the purpose of maintaining the security and performance of JDHM’s networks and computer systems. Personally identifiable information from these activities is not released to external parties unless required by law.

Web Server Logs
JDHM web server collects and stores information from website visitors to monitor website performance and to improve service. This information includes page visited, date and time of the visit, domain name or IP address of the referring site, domain name and IP address from which the access occurred, version of browser used and the capabilities of the browser , and search terms entered into our search engine. JDHM makes no attempt to identify individual visitors from this information: any personally identifiable information is not released to external parties unless required by law.

Cookies and Tagging
Like most commercial website owners, we may use what is known as “cookie” technology. A “cookie” is an element of data that a website can send to your browser when you link to that website. It is not a computer program and has no ability to read data residing on your computer or instruct it to perform any step or function. By assigning a unique data element to each visitor, the website is able to recognize repeat users, track usage patterns and better serve you when you return to that site. Information Voluntarily Provided by You
We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. If you provide us with your email address, you may receive emails from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by emailing us at info@palettedome.com. We will not sell, exchange or otherwise distribute your personally identifiable information to other organizations except to the extent required by law. We do not retain the information longer than necessary for normal operations. Each Web page requesting information discloses the purpose of that information.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. Information Security and Notification
Because no data transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and no system of physical or electronic security is impenetrable, Service Provider can not guarantee the security of the information you send to us or the security of our servers or databases, and by using the Website you agree to assume all risk in connection with the information sent to us or collected by us when you use the Website. In the unlikely event that we believe that the security of your information in our possession or control may have been compromised, we may seek to notify you. If notification is appropriate, we may notify you by e-mail (provided we have your e-mail address).

Kids and Parents
This Website is not intended for use by children, especially those under age 13. No one under age 13 is allowed to provide any personal information or use our public discussion areas, forums and chats. Minors between the ages of 13 and 17 must get the permission of their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before making purchases, including subscriptions, on this site. Palette Dome Cuisine of JDHM Inc. does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information on a child under the age of 13, we will delete that data from our systems. If your children disclose information about themselves in publicly accessible areas of the Website, they may get unsolicited messages from other parties. Accordingly, you should tell them not to do so.
