Especially the ones with spicy earthy flavors that work so well when enjoying them by the burning fireplace. <!--more--><\/p>\n<table class=\"invert\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><small><b>Kulfi<\/b> or <b>Qulfi<\/b>\u00a0is a popular frozen dairy dessert from the Indian Subcontinent. It is often described as &#8220;traditional Indian Subcontinent ice-cream&#8221;. It has a flavor that is nothing like western ice cream due to the use of sweetened condensed milk and the traditional flavors like cardamon, cinnamon, rose, mango, saffron and pistachio.<br \/>\n<\/small><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p class=\"summary\"><strong>summary<\/strong>: <em>A classic kulfi with cardamon and cinnamon. Minutes to prepare, over night freeze, and you have an amazing dessert that will get all the &#8220;wow&#8221; and &#8220;ummm&#8221; you ever wanted for your cooking!<\/em> <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<fieldset class=\"hrecipe recipe\">\n<legend class=\"fn\">Recipe: <a class=\"url\" href=\"https:\/\/palettedome.com\/cuisine\/2013\/01\/10\/cardmon-cinnmaon-kulfi\/\">Cardamon Cinnmaon Kulfi<\/a><\/legend>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"ingredients\">\n<h4 class=\"ingredients\">Ingredients<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"ingredients NoBullet\">\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 cups heavy whipping cream<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tsp cinnamon<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tsp cardamon<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Crushed pistachios, for garnish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<h4 class=\"instructions\">Instructions<\/h4>\n<ol class=\"instructions\">\n<li>Whip the whipping cream with cinnamon and cardamon to a soft cream consistency. Be careful not to over whip.<\/li>\n<li>Fold in condensed milk and gently mix to a uniform mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Pour into personal serving pans\\cups, cover with saran wrap and freeze over night.<\/li>\n<li>Before serving, use a knife to separate the kulfi from the pan. Dip in boiling water and flip over a service plate.
