It does not get much better than this.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<fieldset class=\"hrecipe null\">\n<legend class=\"fn\">Recipe: Pesce All\u2019Acqua Pazza<\/legend>\n<div class=\"ingredients\">\n<h4 class=\"ingredients\">Ingredients<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"ingredients NoBullet\">\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 Fresh Fish<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">\u00bc cup capers<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 garlic clove<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">5 -6 cherry tomatoes or tomato sauce2 Tbsp. olive oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/3 cup water<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Salt to taste<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Black Pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<h4 class=\"instructions\">Instructions<\/h4>\n<ol class=\"instructions\">\n<li>Fillet the fish and lay it in a pan<\/li>\n<li>Add all ingredients and cover it<\/li>\n<li>Cook over medium heat for up to 10 minutes<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"quicknotes\">\n<h4 class=\"quicknotes\">Notes<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"quicknotes\">Any fish will do, but try it with a snapper or a rock bass.
