fresh crab, goat cheese, hot sauce and lemon zest make this one a favorite in any party.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<fieldset class=\"hrecipe null\">\n<legend class=\"fn\">Recipe: Crab Dip<\/legend>\n<div class=\"ingredients\">\n<h4 class=\"ingredients\">Ingredients<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"ingredients NoBullet\">\n<li class=\"ingredient\">16oz Crab Lump Crab Meat<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">\u00bd can Sweet Corn Kernels<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">\u00bd Onion, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">8oz Soft Goat Cheese<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 Lemon, zest <\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">\u00bd Lemon, juice<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 Tbsp Mayonnaise<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tsp Hot Sauce, or to taste<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tsp Westchester Sauce<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Salt and Pepper to taste <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<h4 class=\"instructions\">Instructions<\/h4>\n<ol class=\"instructions\">\n<li>Preheat oven 350?F<\/li>\n<li>Drain crab meat from any liquids<\/li>\n<li>In a big bowl mix corn, onion, goat cheese, lemon zest, mayo and flavoring to an even mix<\/li>\n<li>Add crab meat and gently mix, to avoid breaking the meat<\/li>\n<li>Place in an oiled oven proof dish and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, till hot and bubbly<\/li>\n<li>Let stand for a few minutes and serve with pita chips, corn chips or crackers of your liking.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"quicknotes\">\n<h4 class=\"quicknotes\">Quick Notes<\/h4>\n<p class=\"quicknotes\">\n<ul>\n<li>Mix all in advance up to a day before the party, and keep covered and refrigerated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"variations\">\n<h4>Variations<\/h4>\n<p class=\"variations\">\n<ul>\n<li>Add some parmesan cheese to the mix for a little more earthy flavor.<\/li>\n<li>Try different hot sauces: the dip will have a different &#8220;zing&#8221;
