The list names 11 foods and their health benefits: <!--more-->Beets, Cabbage, Swiss Chard, Cinnamon, Pomegranate juice, Dried plums, Pumpkin seeds, Sardines, Turmeric, Frozen blueberries and Canned pumpkin. <\/p>\n<p>Does it surprise you that 9 out of the 11 are used regularly in Mediterranean cuisine, and all 11 ingredients are regular players in Palette Dome Cuisine&#8217;s menus? Yet another testimony of the benefits of a Mediterranean diet, and of using our services for a tasty and healthy event.<\/p>\n<p>I took it as a challenge to come up with creative ways to use these 11 ingredients, and will publish them in future posts. Ideas for recipes are welcome, and will be credited.
