turkey breast, skin on<\/li>\n<p>Crust<\/p>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 onion, peeled and cut in quarters<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 bunch Italian parsley (about 20 stems), rinsed<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">4 cloves garlic, peeled<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tsp cumin<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tsp paprika<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">\u00bd tsp cayenne<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Zest from one lemon<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">\u00bd tsp crushed black pepper<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 Tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n<p>Vegetable<\/p>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 carrots, peeled and cut into \u00bd\u201d medallions<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">4 celery stalks cut into \u00bd\u201d slices<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 potatoes, peeled and cut into 1\u201d cubes<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 lemons (1 zestless, see above) quartered, then \u00bd\u201d slices<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">\u00bd cup raisins<\/li>\n<p>Liquids<\/p>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cup orange juice<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cup white wine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"preparation\">Preparation<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F<\/li>\n<li>Wash meat in cold water and pat dry with paper towels.<\/li>\n<li>Put crust ingredients in food processor and grind into a coarse paste.<\/li>\n<li>In a covered baking dish arrange the vegetable as a base, and pour in the wine and orange juice.<\/li>\n<li>Place turkey breast in pan, skin side up, and rub with herbal crust paste<\/li>\n<li>Cover and bake for 2 hours. Remove cover, and cook for 30 more minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads 160\u00b0F. If your turkey breast came with a pop-up thermometer it should pop.<\/li>\n<li>Remove breast from pan to a serving dish, tent loosely with foil, and let rest for 20 to 30 minutes, allowing juices to redistribute, and temperature to rise to 170\u00b0F.<\/li>\n<li>Keep baking the vegetables to cook down liquids.<\/li>\n<li>Carve breast and serve with baked vegetable.
