With passionate interests in culinary design and events planning, the unique combination of these two individuals’ experience sets Palette Dome Cuisine among the best in boutique catering firms. With a balanced mix of Modern Mediterranean culinary influences by Chef Mesilati™ and international dining and events experience by Doeden, we deliver an ultimate and painless catering experience.

We Are Hiring! We are looking for a talented and motivated PREP COOK(s) who is fast, efficient, and able to work effectively as a team player. We want a person who can become an integral member of our team that values hard work and great food. Some kitchen experience is required, but we value more your ability to learn on the job. We hold our employees to the highest standards of teamwork, professionalism, cleanliness, and timeliness, and in return, you can expect good compensation. Part-time position available. Some Weekend availability required.

Hagai Mesilati, Managing Chef

Chef Mesilati’s cooking experience began over three decades ago when he initially learned traditional North African, Middle Eastern, and European dishes. As he has developed his own culinary style, two key characteristics clearly accentuated Chef Mesilati’s dishes – fresh ingredients and exotic flavors. Family secrets were handed down, giving him a well-honed ability to select prime ingredients that will deliver rich and intense flavors. Care is taken in the simplest steps to ensure the highest quality throughout every step of the dining experience.
