She offers support so they be healthy in mind and body, live the life they want at the weight they want to be, and look in the mirror and love who they see. Kay Loughrey is a registered dietitian with a master’s degree in public health nutrition and more than 30 years of experience. She has a passion for helping clients live happier, healthier lives.
