Mash bananas; leave some chunks for chewy consistency
Add honey and melted butter. Mix.
Add all ingredients and mix till fully combined. You will end up with a very runny mix.
Pour into an oiled bread pan and bake for 45 to 55 minutes, till top is nice and brown, and a toothpick comes out almost dry.

Black, over-ripe bananas are the best bananas for this recipe: they are at the peak of their sweetness, and along with the honey the outcome is simply divine
This bread keeps nice and moist for several days when kept properly covered
Feel free to add craisins, raisins, chocolate chips, pecans andor California nuts to the mix before baking. Up to 1 cup does not require any recipe changes.
