As is standard with Palette Dome Cuisine, all the food is small batch production, made from top grade organic produce, and local as much as possible.
Green Circle™ turkey is available exclusively at D’Artagnan. This free-range turkey is certified humane by Humane Farm Animal Care, raised without antibiotics or hormones, and fed actual vegetables collected from commercial kitchens and farmers markets, along with grains. The diet and the care that is taken on the farm – plus the air-chilling – give these birds a unique, old-fashioned, real turkey flavor.
Portioned for 2 people, could serve up to 3 people.
All items are pre-portioned, including salad and dessert.
