L’Shana Tova 5787! Rosh Hashanah is here, and we wish you a healthy, happy, and sweet new year.
A year of growth, fulfillment, and of course, as you would expect from us, a year full of great healthy nutritious foods choices, always tasty, always clean, always humane, always made from scratch.

Food is an integral part of Rosh Hashanah seder.
Eating round challah and apples dipped in honey expresses hope for a sweet new year.
Other traditional foods like jams, pomegranate, pumpkin, chard, leeks and fish, each symbolizing a different hope and aspiration for the new year.

The new Jewish year marks the start of the ten day of repentance (Aseret Yemei Teshuvah).
These days are the most solemn days of the Jewish year, starting with Rosh Hashanah and concluding with Yom Kippur.
In Jewish tradition, these ten days represent a crucial opportunity to alter our spiritual trajectory before the symbolic Books of Life and Death are permanently sealed for the year.
It is a time for reflection, forgiveness, spiritual return, and self-examination.
A core rule of this period is that Yom Kippur only atones for sins committed between human beings and God. For wrongs committed against another person, you must directly approach them, apologize, and seek their forgiveness before Yom Kippur begins.
for that end, if we have wronged you, please accept our apology. We are here to serve, and if in the process we have offended you, it was never on purpose, and we ask for your forgiveness.
