Cherry tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, sauteed onions, herbs, with tuna chunks, baked in a buttery crispy house made crust, with heavy cream, goat cheese and pasture raised organic eggs royal.

We use canned skipjack tuna. It’s a small, fast-maturing fish that’s relatively low on the food chain, so the level of mercury in its flesh is low. It is also plentiful, so it is considered sustainable on all fish watch lists we follow.
