As we spring forward, we would like to introduce you to our newest offering: Chef’s Choice Wednesday Meals or in short Wednesday Meals.

Were you ever challenged with what to have for dinner on Wednesday?

Weekend leftovers are finished, there is no time for home cooking before Friday, and there is no energy for a mid-week dining out experience…

Wednesday Meals are here for you!

Every Wednesday we cook two menus we love, in a small-sized personalized batch production, with the quality of ingredients and flavors you are accustomed to with Palette Dome Cuisine. We offer these menus in our online store, ready for pickup at Union Kitchen Ivy City after 2PM on Wednesday.

Menus are published over the weekend prior, and you can easily keep up to date with the current offering by subscribing to chef’s choice menu email. It is published weekly, and you can unsubscribe any time.

This week’s offerings are simple yet flavorful choices:

Menu 1

Atlantic salmon skewers in honey mustard dill flavoring, with turmeric rice and roasted broccoli. It is GF – Vegetarian – Dairy Free – Nut Free – Egg Free.

Menu 2

breaded organic chicken nuggets with honey mustard sauce with potato au gratin and blenched green beans. It is Nut Free.

You can order any time till Tuesday evening, 8:00PM.
We are looking forward to your orders.

Please keep in mind it is small batch food production, so quantities are limited, and we do run out of food.

If pick up is challenging we offer a limited delivery service in DC using a local courier. Please contact us for logistics and associated costs.
