It has been in the making for a while now, yet it is finally time to share: Chef’s Choice Meals are BACK!!!
Chef’s Choice Meals are our small batch production, premium ingredients, lower budget meals for those who seek Palette Dome Cuisine quality, flavors, organic produce and top rate humanly raised animal products, yet are not ready to commit to a full week of service.
The menu will have staples like our salmon in honey, mustard garlic and dill, or breaded oven fried chicken breast with tomato sauce on a weekly basis, along with additional seasonal items and add-on items.
Meals are available Wednesday and Friday, and thanks to our new delivery partner we can now offer free delivery on orders $80 or more in the DC area, and save you the trip to Union Kitchen. Please remember to choose Free Shipping in your shopping cart once the $80 minimum was met.

The small print:
- Small batch production means quantities are limited. Do not wait for the last-minute to order your meals, as there is a chance we will run out of your choice!
- We currently offer free delivery for orders of $80 or above only in DC. If you are not in DC please come visit us in Union Kitchen to pick up your food, and stay tuned as we are expanding our delivery area
- Orders are closed 8PM Tuesday for Wednesday production and 8PM Thursday for Friday production. Please keep that in mind when placing your order, and verify with us if you are not sure you met the deadline
- Deliveries are sent in insulated bags between 3:30pm to 6:30pm on Wednesdays and Fridays. For a different delivery window please communicate with us directly and we will do our best to accomodate
- If you need your food on a day that is NOT a production day please communicate with us BEFORE you make your order to make sure we can accommodate your request
