With the new year upon us, we are excited to bring back CHEF’S CHOICE MEALS, our small batch production delivered meal service!

Chef’s choice meals aka Wednesday Meals are our gateway to allow you, our loyal patrons, friend and family of Palette dome Cuisine, to enjoy our food on a regular basis at the comfort of your home. These meals use the same high end ingredients and attention to detail as our personal chef meals, yet they are small batch production, chef’s choice, no substitutions, which allows us to offer them at a lower price point.

Here is a reminder of our Chef’s Choice Wednesday Meals service:

• A new menu is published weekly, on Saturday, online and via our weekly menu mailing list
• You choose as little or as many items as you like for the following week
• Order cutoff time is Tuesday, 7PM
• We deliver the meals to you on Wednesday Afternoon
• You get to enjoy Palette Dome Cuisine and Chef Mesilati’s creations on a regular basis!

As with all food created in our kitchen, we follow simple yet strict guidelines

• Produce is always organic\non GMO, seasonal and local
• Animals and animal products are environmentally and humanely raised and harvested
• Our meals are balanced and healthful
• All our meals are small batch chef made creations

Our current offering is focused on healthy choices, with some options that are vegetarian, GF and allergen free. We are working on expanding those options, so please share with us which options are the ones most important to you with your diet and lifestyle? Is it about going GF, or eating low carb? High protein meals, or a bigger variety of salad? Is it about subscribing for an easier, less involved ordering? All input is welcome!
