Pesce All’Acqua Pazza

Pesce All’Acqua Pazza. Fish in Crazy Water. The best of Italian cooking. Fresh fish, healthy ingredients, minimal processing. It does not get much better than this.

Recipe: Pesce All’Acqua Pazza

Ingredients

  • 1 Fresh Fish
  • ¼ cup capers
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 5 -6 cherry tomatoes or tomato sauce2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/3 cup water
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Fillet the fish and lay it in a pan
  2. Add all ingredients and cover it
  3. Cook over medium heat for up to 10 minutes

Notes

  • Any fish will do, but try it with a snapper or a rock bass. White flaky meat. Heaven.
  • Try adding fresh herbs you like. Basil, tarragon, Marjoram will elevate the dish even more>
