
Oven Baked Chicken Wings
Crispy, tasty oven baked chicken wings that people always ask for more. Nice quantity for a party of 4 as an appetizer, but for a bigger crowd make sure you double or triple quantities.
Ingredients
- 2 Lbs. chicken wings
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1/2 C. tamari sauce
- 1/2 C. honey
- 6 Cloves garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp. ginger minced
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep wings: cut off and discard wing tip, cut the remaining wings in 2 parts.
- In a big bowl mix all other ingredients to a smooth consistency.
- Add wing parts and mix well to cover. Let marinate for 30 minutes to 3 hours. Keep refrigerated.
- Heat oven to 375F (350F with fan).
- Arrange wings on a greased/lined baking dish, pouring remaining marinade on top.
- Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until chicken is done and skin is caramelized.
Notes
Gluten Free recipe. If gluten is not a concern, use soy sauce instead of tamari sauce
